See it for yourself
Half an hour, screen shared, at your pace. We’ll show you giving and the statements it produces, how your directory comes across from whatever you use now, and what your members would see on their phones.
- We’ll bring your questions up first rather than run a script.
- You can ask us to move your real data across during the call.
- No obligation, and we won’t chase you afterwards.
What half an hour looks like
We start with whatever brought you here rather than a feature tour. Most churches arrive with one of three worries, and we’d rather spend the time on yours than on the parts you already know you don’t need.
- “Will we lose our history?” Bring an export from Planning Center, Breeze, CCB, Realm or a spreadsheet and we’ll run it through the importer live — people, giving history, groups and attendance. You see the preview before anything commits, and the Undo that removes exactly what an import added.
- “Will this satisfy our treasurer?” We’ll open the books: restricted and unrestricted funds, budget against actual, closing a month so a reported number stops moving, and a bank payout opened up into the individual gifts inside it. Then a year-end statement, produced rather than described.
- “Will anyone actually use it?” We’ll send a group email in front of you and show the reply landing in an ordinary inbox — no login, no install — then the member app on a phone, in whichever of the seven languages your congregation speaks.
What we won’t do
There is no quote to unlock: the prices are on the front page and they’re the same whether you book this or not. We won’t put you in a sequence of follow-up emails, and we won’t ask what your budget is. If PewHQ isn’t right for your church we’ll say so on the call.
If you’d rather not talk to anyone yet
Reasonable. The click-through tour shows the same screens right now with no sign-up, and a private working copy of PewHQ, set up as your church and filled with a fictional congregation, is usually ready the same day you ask for it. The guide answers most of what a demo would cover, in writing.
